Doggy Day Trips
A unique alternative to doggy day care or dog walking
Longer than a dog walk and far more exciting for about the same price. Dogs burn up to 3x as many calories running and playing, so your dog is burning up to 6x as many calories with us over a half hour walk. Your dog gets much more exercise and socialization with other dogs which is great for their well being. Even if your dog is not social, there’s plenty of interesting areas to sniff around at the property.
We have more room to run, play, and explore! We are on grass, not concrete which is easier on the dogs joints. We also have a ton of trees for shade and exploring. Dogs love being outside!
We also pick up and drop off your dog which is more convenient than driving them to doggy day care.
Tuition
- a la carte $26.50 a day
- regular schedule of 1 to 4 days a week $25 a day
- regular schedule of 5 days a week $23 a day
- 20% discount for additional dog
- additional charges may apply for customer outside service area and dogs over 100lbs
- boarding in my home $45 a day includes doggy day trip

Yes! There are a ton of trees and a water spigot.
My dog isn't social, is this appropriate for him?
Yes, as long as your dog gets along with other dogs, Some dogs just like to sniff around.
What is your service area?
We cover Ann Arbor south and west of the Huron River, the village of Dexter, and parts of Scio Township - Miller Rd to Ann Arbor Dexter Rd to the north, Baker Rd to the west, and Jackson Rd to the south. Customers outside these areas are subject to additional charges.
Will this improve my dog's behavior?
Very likely. Dogs need exercise, socialization, routine, and boundaries, We believe in calm and assertive leadership. Dogs are easiest to train when they're tired!
I have an irregular schedule and have a need for different days and will be off some weeks, can I still sign up?
Yes! You would just pay the a la carte price. You can even text the day you need service, and we can accomodate you as long as there's room.
Do you accept puppies?
Puppies should have shots up to 16 weeks and be ready to be around older and active dogs. This is a case by case basis.
